De är spontanjästa utan att socker eller jäst adderats. För att få GHeuze blandas en ung Lambic med en lagrad Lambic. Smaken är väldigt torr och syrlig, med inslag av citrus, gröna äpplen och hö. Välbalanserad syra som inte tar över smakerna, helt rätt. Topp 50 på Ratebeer!
